Princes Street
Princes Street is one of the major thoroughfares in central Edinburgh, Scotland, and its main shopping street. It is the southernmost street of Edinburgh's New Town, stretching around 1 mile (1.6 km) from Lothian Road in the west to Leith Street in the east. The street is mostly closed to private cars, with public transport given priority. The street has virtually no buildings on the south side, allowing views of the Old Town, Edinburgh Castle, and the valley between.
The street is currently, in the main, closed to all traffic as part of the tram construction works.

Nature
Is it not well known
That some transcendental deities
Eminent local deities and spirits
Make their abode in trees?
The Sheltering Tree of Independence, by Dalai Lama
Preserving Nature is a question of Respect!

Test-tube babies are the possible dream
Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy
This was a very important day for those who had the dream of having a baby, for those for whom this seemed to be an impossible dream. From this day on, they had a reason to believe that Science could give a hand.
Louise celebrates her thirty-first birthday!

The small step
"I like to think that the moon is there even if I am not looking at it” Einstein
One day we will be able to say it in a different way: I like to think that the moon is there even if I am not walking on it...
It happened on the 20th July 1969: Neil Armstrong walked on the moon!

Happy Birthday Mr Mandela!
Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
Nelson Mandela
Happy birthday Mr Mandela! I am very happy because I was lucky enough to share part of your time in the same world. We were neighbours, in fact. But, at the time I knew nothing about loosing freedom. It was you who taught me that there's only one way to be happy: Freedom!

The answer is blowing in the wind
How many roads must a man walk down
Before you call him a man?
I suppose the answer is "many"!
This is one of my favourite poems! It sounds the same to me! It sounds the same questions I used to ask when I was a teenager!
These questions remain but now I know that the answers is blowing in the wind!
Listen to the wind! It's here!

I Want To Change The world
I want to change the world
I want to impact it so deep
That I reach the core
I want to change the meaning of peace
To something permanent
I want to open doors
And shut out doubt
I want the past to dissolve
It makes my ears bleed
Mistakes linked in memory
Times so hard the world shakes in its boots
I want to change the world
The sun rises and then sets
But leaves its mark before it goes
It creates life and growth
The moon brings serenity and mystery
Both bring death too
I want the growth to shine through
But erase the death
I want to change the world
But I would not dare change the past

Beautiful Sun
I would do anything, to stay by your side
'Til the darkness flies away
I'm lost in the shadows
When will day begin?
With the sun, beautiful sun
I grabbing for miracles to feel you close by
To surround me with your song
I know uncertainty, but truth lights the way
Like the sun, beautiful sun
Like the sun, beautiful sun
And I have to say I put on the line
All of my faith yes all of the time
Eye has not seen and no ear has heard
I still believe the invisible word
Grace is my story, hope is my song
You have been so good to me
I should have nothing, but I've got it all
With the Sun, beautiful Sun
Beautiful Sun, beautiful Sun
Gonna lay in the Sun, beautiful Sun
'Til the darkness flies away
I'm lost in the shadows
When will day begin?
With the sun, beautiful sun
I grabbing for miracles to feel you close by
To surround me with your song
I know uncertainty, but truth lights the way

When you are old
When you are old and grey and full of sleep,
And nodding by the fire, take down this book,
And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;
How many loved your moments of glad grace,
And loved your beauty with love false or true,
But one man loved the pilgrim Soul in you,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face;
And bending down beside the glowing bars,
Murmur, a little sadly, how Love fled
And paced upon the mountains overhead
And hid his face amid a crowd of stars.
