1.A teacher has to have a lot of paitence, that is the first thing needed.
2.A teacher should be always encouraging, students should always be encouraged for any small or big acheivement.
3.A teacher must be innovative, he/she should find new ways to teach.
4.A teacher is a preacher, always he/she must inculcate good values in students.
5.He/she should be v. loving and caring,love children like own kids.
6.A teacher must not be partial, all students should be equal for him.
7.A teacher should go to class with enough preparation,he should know what he is going to do in that period.
8.A teacher should have immense faith,love,care,feelings,for students.

To me, it's the first one, I need a lot of patience...Sorry...nowadays nobody can be an ideal teacher! I know there weren't ideal teachers but we could try. But know we can´t try! We don't have time, patience and love to give! Sorry...
